Ice Pack
Thoroughly wet a sponge, add a teaspoon to a tablespoon of rubbing alcohol, then put it in a zip lock bag and freeze. This way the sponge can mold around the hurt arm, head or leg.
Sponge Pack
Soak an unused sponge in mixture of 1/2 water and 1/2 alcohol. Put sponge in ziplock bag. Use clear packing tape to seal the bag and put bag in freezer. Sponge never fully freezes so it's great to cover hurts.
Fuller Faster
When eating one of your daily meals make your bites smaller. And wait inbetween bites. This will actually make you fuller faster and you'll eat less.
Cough Relief
When your cough is persistant try 1/4tsp. of sugar and you'll get an instant relief.
Numb
To take out a sliver less painfully, spray the area with sore throat spray.
